1. Service Model
The Genius Agency operates through a hybrid service model designed to provide flexibility, trust, and convenience for clients.
Clients may choose to work with us through any of the following channels:
Agency Direct
Projects are managed, billed, and delivered directly through The Genius Agency platform.
Fiverr
Projects may be executed through selected Fiverr expert profiles where applicable.
Upwork
Projects may be executed through selected Upwork expert profiles where applicable.
The chosen service channel determines the payment structure, communication process, and dispute resolution framework.
2. Payment Structure
For Agency Direct:
- Payments are securely processed through our approved payment partners.
- Projects begin after payment confirmation.
For Fiverr or Upwork:
- Payments must follow the official payment systems of those platforms.
- The Genius Agency does not process or control payments made on Fiverr or Upwork.
- Platform rules apply.
3. Platform-Based Protection
Where Fiverr or Upwork is selected, the transaction is governed by the respective platform's policies, protections, dispute systems, and terms of service. Clients are responsible for reviewing those platform policies.
4. Custom Offers
Custom Offers may be issued through The Genius Agency platform, Fiverr, or Upwork — depending on the selected service channel. All project scope, timelines, and pricing will be defined before execution.
5. Communication Policy
For Agency Direct: Official communication should remain inside our internal messaging system.
For Fiverr or Upwork: Communication should remain within those platforms to maintain platform protection.
6. Refunds
- Agency Direct — Refunds are reviewed internally by The Genius Agency.
- Fiverr — Refunds follow Fiverr's policies.
- Upwork — Refunds follow Upwork's policies.
7. Disputes
- Agency Direct — Disputes are handled by The Genius Agency.
- Fiverr — Disputes are handled by Fiverr.
- Upwork — Disputes are handled by Upwork.
